Normaal gesproken zouden we de Dies-week afsluiten met een gala, maar met het honderdjarige bestaan van de LBC pakken we extra groots uit en organiseren we het feest der feesten op 15 maart 2024 in Kasteel De Berckt te Baarlo! Deze geweldige activiteit zal €117,50 kosten en dit is inclusief een heerlijk vegetarisch driegangendiner, feest met open bar, overnachting in het kasteel en een lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Aanmelden

Inschrijvingen voor het lustrumgala openen op zondag 3 december om 20.00 uur via een link onderaan deze webpagina. Er zijn slechts 120 plekken te vergeven, dus wees er snel bij! Wie het eerst komt, wie het eerst maalt. Het gala is alleen open voor LBC-leden en diens introducees.

Dates

Wil je deze bijzondere nacht graag samen met een bijzonder iemand doorbrengen? Dat kan, ook als diegene geen LBC-lid is. Geef bij het aanmeldformulier aan dat je een date meeneemt en geef hun contactgegevens door. Let op: óók jouw date moet het formulier vóór 10 december ingevuld hebben en daarbij ook aangeven jou als date mee te nemen. Bij het bepalen van de aanmeldvolgorde kijken we naar de snelste van jullie twee. Jouw date heeft dus wel iets minder haast met aanmelden.

Kamers

De kosten van het lustrumgala bedragen per persoon €117,50 voor een vierpersoonskamer en €127,50 voor een tweepersoonskamer. Als je geen tweepersoonskamer boekt samen met een date, zullen we je omstreeks 10 december de mogelijkheid geven om een voorkeur voor kamergenoten door te geven. Bij dat vervolgformulier zullen we je ook vragen naar dieetwensen.

Betaling

Betalen kan door het bedrag over te schrijven naar NL69INGB0008382197 o.n.v. Leidse Biologen Club o.v.v. ‘Lustrumgala + Naam’. Betaling van het volledige bedrag dient te geschieden vóór 10 januari. Is het een te groot bedrag om in één keer af te schrijven? Dat snappen we volledig en daarom is het ook mogelijk om in twee termijnen te betalen. Dan dient één helft voor 10 januari (€60 voor een 4-persoonskamer, €65 voor een 2-persoonskamer) overgemaakt worden en de tweede helft voor 10 februari (€57,50 voor een 4-persoonskamer, €62,50 voor een 2-persoonskamer).

Afmelden met volledige restitutie kan uiterlijk tot 23 februari.

Usually a grand gala would conclude the Dies week of the LBC, but to celebrate the 100th birthday of our association we are throwing an extra special party on March 15th 2024. This amazing activity will cost €117.50, which includes a luxurious vegetarian three course dinner, party with open bar, lodgings inside the castle and a delicious breakfast the day after. Celebrate this royal anniversary like royalty…

Registrations

Registrations for the lustrum gala will commence on Sunday December 3rd at 20.00 via the button in between the Dutch and English sections of this website. Acces will be granted based on ‘first come, first serve’ and there are only 120 spots available, so act quick! The gala is only open to LBC members and their dates.

Dates

Would you like to spend this special night together with someone special? That’s possible, also if that person isn’t a member of the LBC. In order to do so, please enter their contact information in the registration form. Please be aware: your date must also fill in the form before December 10th and enter you as their date. When determining the order of registration, we will look at the person who’s highest on the list. In other words, your date is in less of a rush.

Rooms

The costs of the lustrum gala are €117.50 if you’re sleeping in a 4-person room and €127.50 if you’re staying in a 4-person room. If you don’t book a 2-person room together with a date, we will offer you the opportunity to tell us your prefered roommates on December 10th. In the same form you will also be able to notify us of any food allergies you might have.

Payment

You can pay for your ticket by transferring the full entry price to NL69INGB0008382197, adressed to Leidse Biologen Club with the description ‘Lustrum Gala + Name’. Payment must happpen before January 10th. Is it too big of a sum for you to pay all at once? That’s perfectly understandable and that’s why we offer the possibility to pay in two terms. In that case, one half should be payed before January 10th (€60 for a 4-person room, €65 for a 2-person) and the second half before February 10th (€57,50 for a 4-person, €62,50 for a 2-person).

You can cancel and receive a full refund until February 23rd.
